1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bd89c ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bd89c website, mobile site, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, and financial transaction facilities.

By accessing the bd89c platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.1 Definitions

• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a player's bd89c Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.

1.3 Applicable Law

bd89c operates under an international offshore gaming licence. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bd89c holds its gaming licence. By using the bd89c platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The bd89c platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years and above. This is a non-negotiable requirement and applies without exception to all players accessing the platform from Bangladesh and all other jurisdictions.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or claim any bonus or promotional offer on the bd89c platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

2.2 Age Verification

bd89c reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a national identity document (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until age verification is completed to bd89c's satisfaction.

2.3 Consequences of Underage Access

If bd89c determines or reasonably suspects that a player is under the age of 18, bd89c will immediately:

• Suspend the account pending investigation;
• Withhold all account balances, including any winnings derived from wagers placed while underage;
• Permanently close the account upon confirmation of underage access;
• Report the matter to relevant authorities if required by applicable law.

Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any winnings generated, which will be forfeited.

2.4 Player Eligibility — Geographic Restrictions

The bd89c platform is intended for use by players in Bangladesh. Players accessing bd89c from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted should satisfy themselves as to the legality of their participation prior to accessing the platform. bd89c reserves the right to refuse registration or close accounts of players from jurisdictions where its services cannot lawfully be offered.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a bd89c account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your date of birth, confirming you are aged 18 or above;

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one bd89c account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bd89c employs technical and manual detection measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be voided, and winnings derived from bonus play on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd89c account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bd89c will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify bd89c support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bd89c operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage access. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are approved:

• Government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name).

bd89c reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bd89c platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd89c supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the needs of Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bd89c is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit specified by bd89c, though individual payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad) may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your bd89c account in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. bd89c does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bd89c account. bd89c does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.4 above.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500;
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours;
• Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank;
• bd89c reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Prohibited Transaction Sources

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and are held in payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained funds are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure. bd89c reserves the right to reverse any deposit and void associated winnings where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All balances, wagers, bonuses, and winnings on the bd89c platform are denominated in BDT. bd89c does not apply currency conversion to transactions made in BDT. Players depositing via Visa or Mastercard in a currency other than BDT may be subject to conversion charges applied by their issuing bank, for which bd89c accepts no liability.

5. Bonus & Promotions Terms

bd89c offers a range of promotional bonuses, matched deposit offers, free bets, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit. bd89c reserves the right to limit the availability of any bonus to specific player segments, geographic regions, or account types.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a bd89c account are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in real-money gameplay before a withdrawal request relating to those funds will be approved.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while table games such as blackjack or roulette may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Wagers placed using bonus funds on games with a return-to-player (RTP) above 97% may be excluded from wagering contribution;
• Bonus funds will expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bd89c takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Activities that bd89c considers to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, and making low-risk bets designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, bd89c reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings and close the relevant account or accounts.

5.4 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device;
• bd89c reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice;
• Players who self-exclude or request a cool-off period will have all pending bonus funds voided.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bd89c platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered players without exception.

6.1 Player Obligations

• You must provide truthful and accurate information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any subsequent communications with bd89c;
• You must use the bd89c platform for personal recreational purposes only and not for any commercial, business, or professional gambling purpose;
• You must keep your account credentials secure and notify bd89c immediately if you suspect unauthorised access;
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling;
• You are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction — bd89c does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd89c platform and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay or betting;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with the bd89c platform, its software, or its security systems;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play intended to defraud bd89c or other players;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bd89c staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity at any stage.

6.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the bd89c platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and design — is the intellectual property of bd89c or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bd89c content without prior written consent from bd89c.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

bd89c reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following section sets out the circumstances under which such actions may be taken and the consequences for the affected player.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct;
• Opening of duplicate accounts in violation of the single account rule;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.2;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player against a bd89c deposit;
• Player self-exclusion or voluntary account closure request.

7.2 Consequences of Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bd89c reserves the right to:

• Void all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play;
• Withhold the account balance pending investigation into the grounds for closure;
• Permanently ban the player from re-registering on the bd89c platform.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request or through voluntary self-exclusion, the real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

7.3 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their bd89c account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. bd89c will process voluntary closure requests within a reasonable timeframe. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd89c's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the bd89c platform shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds held in the player's bd89c account at the time the relevant claim arises.

8.1 Exclusions

bd89c shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss;
• Loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or server downtime beyond bd89c's reasonable control;
• Loss arising from the player's reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the platform due to a technical error;
• Any loss suffered as a result of the player's own failure to comply with these Terms;
• Any loss arising from the player's access to the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8.2 Platform Availability

bd89c does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously or without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or external factors beyond bd89c's control (including internet service provider outages, natural disasters, or force majeure events) may cause temporary unavailability. bd89c will endeavour to restore service as quickly as possible following any unplanned interruption.

8.3 Third-Party Game Content

Games available on the bd89c platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While bd89c partners only with reputable, certified providers, bd89c accepts no liability for any malfunction, error, or interruption in a third-party game that affects the outcome of a wager. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected wagers will be refunded at bd89c's discretion.

8.4 Changes to These Terms

bd89c reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, bd89c will notify registered players by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of the bd89c platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 7.3.
